One local to the area and has lived off Sydney Road for the duration of his life, grew up watching the area evolve and now enjoy still walking down the strip with his child mixing with all the characters new and old to the area.

The other who’s made his path to Australia from Turkey, to make a new life and grow a family, experienced in the Anatolian cousins, looking to introduce our current and future customers to our unique flavour.
